My name is Safi Graauw.

I am an earth-science communicator.

I’ve never seen my mission as just directing, my academic roots in earth-science won’t let me. The planet has always been my protagonist. From making nature documentaries to speaking in the Blue Zone at COP26 and standing in front of 45,000 people during a climate march, I’ve felt the air tremble with hope.  My TED Talk explored how the right words can shift our future. And with partners like Justdiggit, I’ve helped re-green land that deserves to breathe again. Every frame I create, every stage I step onto, is part of a mission.
