My name is Safi Graauw.
I am an earth-science communicator.
I’ve never seen my mission as just directing, my academic roots in earth-science won’t let me. The planet has always been my protagonist. From making documentaries to speaking in the Blue Zone at COP26, I’ve tried to give nature a voice that can’t be ignored. I’ve spoken in front of 45,000 people during a climate march, feeling the ground tremble with hope. My TED Talk explored how the right words can shift our future. And with partners like Justdiggit, I’ve helped re-green land that deserves to breathe again. Every frame I create, every stage I step onto, is part of a mission.
